Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art
The Cycladic Art Museum was founded in 1986 in order to house the collection of Cycladic and Ancient Greek Art of Nicholas and Dolly Goulandris. A great number of artwork and craftmanship that survived from the 3rd century BC is proudly displayed in the halls and galleries of the Museum of Cycladic Art. Apart from focusing in the numerous findings across the Aegian Sea islands, the museum studies and displays the whole of the East-Mediterranean and Cypriot cultural activity.
Along with major artifacts and various clothing, jewelry and ceramic antiquities, one can truly be immersed in the unique experience of early greek artifice by participating in the workshops that operate in the museum.
The museum of Cycladic Art is located at 27 Vasilisis Sofias avenue, Kolonaki, about 25 minutes walking distance from the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel.
